Required Signatures Before Camp Begins (Campers entering 3rd Grades & Up)

Dear Parents, 

We are thrilled to have your child join us for an amazing experience at Camp Gan Israel. To make sure the campers stay safe and have a great time, we have implemented important procedures and rules. These were crafted to create and maintain the most conducive environment at camp for your child to thrive. 

We are requiring all parents and children to read and sign the attached agreement below. Please read this form together with your child.

We place great importance on the emotional and social wellbeing of every camper. At Camp Gan Israel, we will have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying of any kind. Our dedicated staff members will promote positive interactions, encourage empathy, and address any conflicts promptly and respectfully. 

We have a strict policy around the use of foul language or inappropriate discussion or comments. If a camper uses any of the above, they will be required to visit the director's office and the parents will be called. If the behavior persists a second time, the child will have to go home and parents will have to come pick up the child.

We aim to create a safe and distraction-free environment for campers to learn and grow. Campers are encouraged to use their time at camp to connect with others, make new friends, and participate in activities. For this reason: Children may not bring phones or Apple Watches to camp. This will enable CGI staff to provide an enriching and immersive camp experience for your child. If a child brings a device to camp, they will have to place it in the office during camp hours.
