Camp accepts children based on the grade they are entering in September.

Early care: 8:00-9:00 am  

After Care: 3:00-5:00 pm

Camp Policies

EARLY BIRD

DISCOUNT

Register your child/ren before March 2nd and receive a 6% discounted rate (see below). Take advantage of this opportunity!

SIBLING DISCOUNT

Receive a 5% off the tuition of the additional siblings registered.

ALL SESSIONS DISCOUNT

Receive $100 off per child when registering for all sessions.

EXTENDED HOURS

Early care: 8:00-9:00 am | $35 per week  

After Care: 3:00-5:00 pm  | $70 per week

To Edit an existing reservation, go to Reservation History in your Ultracamp account and click on the session you would like to change.

To add extended care after registration, click on the registered session, then click Edit next to Options

DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS

A $150 deposit is required upon registration to reserve your spot and receive an early bird discount. Upon registration, you will have the option to pay in full or set up a payment plan over several months. Payments can be made by signing in to your ultracamp account. 

Pay by Check: Mail it to P.O. Box 673 San Mateo, CA 94401. Checks should be made out to “Camp Gan Israel NP”. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Until March 2: Full refund for cancellation.

From March 2 - May 1: Will receive a refund for cancellation minus $75 non refundable per week canceled. $30 fee for each week changed.

From May 1 - June 1: Will receive a refund for cancellation minus $100 non refundable per week canceled. 

From June 1 until 2 weeks before start day: Will receive a refund for cancellation minus $150 per week canceled. 

2 weeks before start day: No refund for cancellation 

There will be no reduction or refund of fees for camp programs or extended care because of absence, illness or withdrawal due to changes in family circumstances during camp sessions.

Change requests are accepted subject to camp availability

Until May 1: Weeks could be changed with no fee

After May 1: $30 fee for each week changed.

2 weeks before start day: No week changes

NEW CAMPER GRANT 

We are happy to partner with the Bay Area Jewish Youth Network  to offer A $250 grant to new campers who have not attended a Jewish camp in the past two years. 

Campers must be at least 6 years old and register for at least two weeks to receive this grant. No income verification needed.

REFERRAL DISCOUNT PROGRAM

Refer a new camper to camp. During Registration, have them add your name in the “How did you hear about Camp Gan Israel?” section.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE DEADLINE

All requests for assistance must be received by Wednesday, May 3rd.
